    I agree with the other reviews ...costumer service is so RUDE!!!! Trying to get anything accomplished is a real nightmare! Please do yourself a favor & go elsewhere!!! Anywhere else!!!! I've been buying my supplies from Amazon just so I would not have to deal with them and it worked out to my advantage because Amazon's prices were half the price!

    Just shady and rude. When you question what they billed, they are unwilling to help, and hangs up on you. They bill for items they did not send you. They bill for items that comes in a sealed package as one from manufacturer, but they split on invoice as multiple pieces. Tammy is the rudest person to deal with. She has zero customer service skills, and is unwilling to explain their invoice when asked. Her response to any question, our billing is correct and I don't have time. If a company can't explain how they bill to a customer, it speaks loudly that they are cheating insurance companies and customers.

    I wish I could give 0 stars!!! Horrible customer service, very rude and ignorant. I am having issues understanding the billing process because BCBS tells me they owe me a refund of almost $400. The woman told me my insurance was incorrect in saying that and I could actually OWE more money. I asked her to explain how that is possible and she tells me "go back and read your paperwork". Um, clearly I don't understand and having someone explain this would be beneficial...but no. Very rude and ignorant. So very sorry I used them for my CPAP.

    The owner is the most rude individual in THE WORLD! When and if she decides to answer your call... hold on, cause its a wild ride with this one. Bottom line, horrible customer service from a LAZY RUDE OWNER!
