Don't trust contractor Nick! He's a con artist & CONTINUES to con people which is beyond me! Our condo association hired him July of 2020 to replace our 2 stoops & to replace the railing. We paid him $6400, half of the cost of the total project cost, & did such a bad job that we may have to redo the project. The cement had chipped & he never put the rails up nor fix the lantern that he had to move in order to lay the cement. When I, the president at the time, contacted him, he told me to find some to fix it!

If I could give negative stars I would.  This con artist is nothing more than a front for fraud. Under no circumstances hire this guy.  All we wanted was a simple concrete pad and he couldn't even manage to do that properly.  Now the concrete company that he hired, but apparently either never paid or paid with a bounced check, is after us because this sack of horse pile can't manage such a simple task.  I guess you get what you pay for: 66.158.72.230/NewWorld.I…

MDH Concrete and Construction was hired in August of 2020 to install a deck around our pool. After taking our deposit of half the cost of the job, the company has become non responsive. Owner filled for permit, but never paid the city for the permit. Owner has given excuse after excuse as to why work could not be started. Owner even stated that he had inspections set up with start dates of 3/11/2021, which was pushed to 3/24/2021. Hole inspection on 3/25/2021 and framing to start 3/26/2021. Materials to be delivered 3/23/2021. Owner will not return calls. Certified letters sent requesting invoices for materials etc. Was told by Denise I would have that in 48 hours. That was in the beginning of April. Still don't have the requested information. Most likely because the materials were never ordered. I just want my deposit back due to breach of contract/work agreement. I believe this contractor took my money and ran.

I hired MDH Concrete and Construction in August 2020 to install a deck around my pool.  I paid half of the cost as a deposit.  Contractor was responsible for permit.  Contractor did apply for permit, but never paid for it.  Contractor did not begin work on deck.  Contractor advised we would be the first deck of the season with a tentative start date of 3/11/2021.  When I asked if we were still on for 3/11/2021, I was told it would be 3/24/2021.  Contractor advised that e had hole inspections set for 3/25/2021, framing to start 3/26/2021, and material delivery 3/23/2021.  Material never delivered, work never started, permit never paid for.  I have sent certified letters, regular mail, and email requesting information on invoices for ordered materials and other information.  No communication has been received from Contractor.  I believe this company took my money and ran.  Stay away at all costs.

Hired to pour (3) concrete patios and steps. Owners name is Nick Giuffre. Gave a down-payment of $4500 Spring of 2020. Work was never started with constant excuses... He has refunded $1000 with another $500 he claims was sent but I never received. So he still owes me at least $3000 refund almost 1 year later.
