Metropolis Rural Health has the most kindest, sincere personnel. The Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists are so caring. They listen to what you are saying and will do everything to help you. They always take great care of my family. They always make sure that our appointments are scheduled. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They always treat us great!!

I called because I was sick and I wanted to get a test to make sure I didn't have covid, before my dentist appointment. The lady wouldn't see me and told me their tests "are for sick people only." I explained that I have fever and chills, but I also have a tooth infection so I need to make sure I'm not contagious before I go. She told me to go through Massac Hospital and do a saliva test. So much for their website saying "Testing for all".

Great place great people, if you're not a crack head they will treat you fairly. They are taking great care that I get mmy meds and I am taking care of myself. Caring doctor and staff.

Super caring staff, they took care of me at a pretty low time in my life. The nurse made sure I was comfortable and the provider was very knowledgeable. I love my Rural Health office. Best Dr.'s in town.
