Everything went very smooth when I arrived. I got my door quickly and everything. When they finished unloading me, I discovered that paperwork was not signed. I went to the shipping/receiving office to get the signature and date. In the shipping office latino men with the injury in the one eye was so rude to me,he didn't wanted to sign the paperwork. He was kicking me out but I insisted that I cannot submit my paperwork to my company because I need signature and delivery date. He got so upset he just put the date on and never signed the paperwork he said that I should sign myself... He kept saying that I am crazy and I need to leave and have a good day and so on.... . I left without signature because every single person there said that I will not get anything they don't sign papers... Like there's a stamp and that's it. But stump is not even clear, it's blurry and you cannot even read what's written there. First time ever I meet somebody this rude.

Absolutely horrible experience got a full 10 hour reset they somehow lost my registration. The security guard checks me as unloaded when my trailer is still full of products. The gate guards are rude and unhelpful.

The security guards @ the bull pen should all be fired! There is no reason to be at work and have such an evil attitude with people like they do. If you dont want to work then quick! Drivers please be aware of these ppl they will definitely test you! PS the young lady at the 1st Gaurd shack was very professionalnote to management!
