Berg James R MD

Dr. James Berg has been my orthopaedic doctor for quite a long time. He and his staff are accomodating and professional in all their efforts. I am very pleased to recomend them to anyone needing an orthopod.

My experience was pleasant, Dr. Berg was so wonderful and knowledgeable about my issue's and in what was best for me,the staff member's also were very helpful. I thank God I got the help I needed. Keep up the good work Dr. Berg!

Office and exam rooms were filthy, dirty furniture, huge stains In carpeting. THE first receptionist I talked to and met on my visit was very professional and courteous. But the experience with Dr. Berg and left me feeling like a second class citizen because I have state insurance, then he gives me a referral to a place in downtown Chicago. I called to make appointment there, they tell me that Dr Bergs office hasn't sent anything and they can't make appointment without something from Bergs office. I leave a message on answering machine at Bergs office about situation. I receive a call at 730 am next day. This very rude and unprofessional young girl states that tbey don't send the information unless asked. Then tells me to just forget about first place I was being sent to and to go to a totally different place, then hangs up without giving me any info except name, no phone number or names. SO when I started to ask for a number to call, she hangs up. I think it's time for the Dr to retire and his little girl assistant to get a new attitudes or profession cause isn't good at either. To top it off I got a shot that my insurance will be billed for that helped for about 6 TO 8 hrs, was told it sbould last at least one month. UNPROFESSIONAL QUACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY INTERACTION WITH THIS HORRIBLE, SUPPOSED DR'S OFFICE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
