        Alert: THIS LOCATION IS CLOSING AS OF 10/28/2017 Alert: THIS STORE IS CHARGING THE COOK COUNTY BEVERAGE TAX! Usually this is an ok location with decent customer service. Came here to walk around and decided to purchase snacks and 2 bottled beverages. At the register I noticed that the Cook County 1¢/oz tax was applied to my purchase. I raised the issue with the cashier and he said that was normal. The next day, I called the store manager. She claimed that the beverage tax was being collected statewide (it's not). I called out her lie. She changed her story to say it was a cash register issue and they are aware and WILL NOT FIX OR CORRECT. I have since reported this issue to BestBuy corporate. They insincere with their statement that they will escalate the issue.

        Christy the manager there is awesome, so helpful. She kept me informed about my order and helped me figure out how to get a computer charger in a difficult situation. Definitley recommend this best buy over others.
