        I absolutely love CARLE but this experience was terrible. I called in to make sure everything was fine and was told an MD didn't sign off on the prescription and that it was the wrong diagnosis code. Both of which were inaccurate. I called back 2 days later and was told it was all good to go and could be picked up at any time. When we arrived to pick up our supply nothing had been done. The script wasn't run through insurance and it was not ready to go. Just a waste of time when the truth would of saved so much.
