Ive been shopping at this store for about 20 years. Since Renee took over its become very modern. The make up is high quality. The store is very clean. Its a great place to find gift items for moms and daughters and friends. I moved recently and now they ship my items and I still get the free gifts which is pretty cool! Thanks!

I have been a customer for a very long time and never had a bad experience till this morning. I took my non wearing makeup mother in for some CC cream the associate used a q tip put it on her cheek and said I got it on the first try I asked if she would try a couple of other shades just to make sure and yes the first shade was the one the associate did not apply the cream on my mom's face so she could see it and if she liked it I guess I was expecting a little more special treatment for my mom the kind of treatment I always get

I scheduled an special occasion make-up appointment with Cara for son's wedding. I was so excited about Cara doing my make-up. Well what a disappointment!! First she was late opening up the store. Second she bloched my contouring which bloched my blush. I asked her about fixing it and she took a sponge to my cheek but that did nothing!! When I was finally done with my make-up appointment I still had to have my hair styled. When we got back to our hotel room I had just enough time to get dressed and take off my foundation and blush and start over. I complained to the owners and I felt like I dismissed. I have been a customer of Merle Norman Cosmetics for many many years and I will never buy any products from any of the stores these owners own.  I was fortunate enough too be able to fix my make-up myself, but that isnt the point. I regret going there!!!
