The work of Mr. Peters is high-quality the first and only time utilizing his talents in 2019. Further, he was very accommodating. However, this year, Mr. Peters never actually responded to our request for service. Too much elapsed time, and other interferences affected our request. And in the end, we feel, in part, Mr. Peters did let us down.
