This sleazeball local attorney sat on my case for over 2 years, didn't file a single motion, allowed his slumlord secretary the right to refuse service over the telephone. When this man does appear in court to represent me he doesn't say a word. He refuses to object when a judge violates my civil rights, and he demands I keep my mouth shut for the entire journey through this corrupt court system we have built here in Marshall Illinois. I have called his office six times in the last 3 months, appeared three times in person, all denied service by his slumlord secretary. And then this scumbag attorney appears before my judge and lies that I didn't try to reach out to him.

Im a local man who is often shamed into court by being the victim of his own hate crimes, I have been represented by Mr. McGrath 3 times now, and twice has left me on the hook for over a year without resolution. 2 years, one appointment. shoe-horned into a 10 minute slot so he could easily get angry and shuck me out of the office to assist the district attorney's office instead
