Worst nursing home around. Nurses dont provide patients with their medications. A lot of staff behave as if theyre high. Meals cold and never enough food or alternative options for special diets or preferences. Full of empty promises and false advertising. Admin is no help to improving, the boss only gets offended when you bring up their flaws. Id send my loved one elsewhere if you can.

Horrible place to take your loved ones. They don't do bed checks like there suppose to answer call lights they don't do that. It stinks really bad in there and nurses act bothered they have to do there job. I work in assisted living and integrity is not doing what there suppose to. They honestly don't deserve any ratings.

This place is rude and they have dogs in there that are aggressive to people the people that answer the phone talk to you like they hiding someone out there you can call asking for a staff member and phone operator want to know who what when and why and then go so far as to tell you if you dont tell them the reason then you will not be able to talk to her the management team is very horrible they need better management from the administrator to the department heads never again and no not a worker here I was a visitor thank you before you come for me
