Service is prompt, Technicians are knowledgeable and polite, and they care about the customer.
We had our furnace go out on us. Placed a service call, got confirmation, and the technician was on time and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem, and recommended several solutions for resolution. A new furnace install was scheduled, and the install happened ON-TIME. When was the last time you called someone and they showed up when they said they would? We are very pleased, to say the least.
When our new furnace was installed, the two man crew was great. Personable, polite (again), and efficient. When all was said and done, they left the utility room in even better condition than when they arrived. Other than the shiny new furnace in the room, you wouldn't even know that serious work had been done.
I wholeheartedly recommend Air First Mechanical to anyone that needs HVAC service. I will be a repeat customer from now on.
