        The staff members who work in the print services there are always so helpful and kind. Today Jill was so sweet, helpful, and efficient, and I greatly appreciate it! I always go to that location for my printing needs, and I always have a positive experience.

        Manager was rude. Wants to “quote” COVID requirements but the store is not following sanitation requirements. Was all about being right. Very poor customer service. Will not be shopping at this store any more.

        Similar experience that Abimael Medina had--he rated OD with 2 stars. I am only giving them one. Ryan, the rep I spoke to was curt and condescending. Did not want to address my return issue. Won't step in that store again, EVER. Very poor customer service.
