I took off work for them to come out and give me estimate. After telling the estimator that I wanted an itemized quote, he agreed and said I would have it end of the week. I never received a response so I reached out again... I was told you will have it by Monday. Again, I never received a response and for some unknown reason, I reached out again asking for the quote and this time ....there was no response!! After multiple attempts of trying to get an estimate and not receiving it.... that only tells me how I would be treated as a customer if they were to perform the work.

Overall, a disappointing experience. We had our exterior painted, and it looks fine from a distance. Mr. Klasek was a bit lackadaisical. I hired him because the prices were on the low end and he asked for my business, but I wish I'd gone with someone else.
Issues we had;
-No real attention to detail, from Mr. Klasek himself and some of his employees. Klasek spray-painted my garage, getting dark paint on the red bricks around the opening.
-We have wood framed windows, and they painted nearly every window shut. Like, globs of paint. No one asked if the windows could be opened. I had to ask them to cut around the windows when they were done so we'd be able to open, and they still missed a couple. Really unacceptable.
-One of the employees was scraping old paint off of one window, and completely removed the bottom part of the window. It probably was a little water damaged, but no one said a word about it, and just painted over it. We cannot open that window, it's too dangerous. There is nothing holding the pane on the bottom now. Klasek and his employees literally shrugged, and implied it must have just been rotten. No attempt to fix, nothing.
-They didn't seem to use primer in a lot of areas, and paint immediately started peeling off one of the doors with very little abrasion causing it.
-One of the downspouts was dented.
-You can see marks around the house where the ladders were put down on wet paint. Still.
-This was all done last spring, and already there are areas chipping off and bubbling.
-Front door was supposed to be a gloss finish, it is not. Not surprisingly it's the only paint can they didn't leave us.
I brought *all* of those issues up with Mr. Klasek, and he did a half-hearted fix on some of them, but once he was paid he didn't get back to me again. Should have withheld until all fixes were complete, but since they play acted repairs, I initially thought they were done.
They didn't sand everything that needed it, there are some paint drips on red brick, and when they spray painted the shutters, they got paint all over the lawn; just put down a dropcloth, geez.
Hire at your own risk. Probably fine if you don't care about details.

Great painter. Stained exterior cedar. Cleaned up every afternoon. Fantastic end results, looks perfect!
