This is the best place I have had experience with!!! The staff is so kind and loving. They know what they are doing, flexible with timing, and just everything is so amazing about this place. My dog always leaves very happy. I will always come back here and recommend this place to everyone.

Great price and great people! Ive been bringing my standard poodle here for two years and she actually gets excited to see her groomers. Highly recommend!

This is the ONLY place I will take my dogs! They are not only great at what they do but they are so patient with my anti-social pups. Every time I walk in and am greeted with several smiling faces and a great atmosphere.

Just got a pup and called aroundfrom the warm friendly voice from Emily, I knew this was the place for Chase. Easy to book and drop off. And after his first visit, he looked fantastic, so we have been back three times since. Price was higher than I wanted for a puppy, but he is a sheepadoodle$70.

Took my 6 year old dog there for the first time. He had only ever been groomed by my wife and I at home his whole life. We decided to try out a groomer because he is not a fun dog to groom particularly around face and front legs. Each time we spoke with staff they were very friendly and caring. Drop off and pickup went as planned. The cut was average as they were not able to get his face or front legs very short either and had to resort to just scissors like we normally would.  I don't hold this against them as my dog hates clippers in these areas but had I know a groomer wouldn't be any more successful than us I would have saved the money. The other unfortunate lesson was they did successfully shave my dogs under belly. In this area they did get close to skin. This was not an area we normally would use clippers or if we did we'd have a medium length guard. Turns out our pup is quite sensitive in this region and for 5 days after was licking the region making it more raw. Very itchy for him.  He wouldn't walk normally for several days and we had to put the dreaded cone on him most of the time. Again I'll concede that the groomer could not have known this would be the outcome and this was the first time they groomed our pup. We did take him back to show them and they promised to make a note in his file for next time not to shave that region. We were not compensated or offered any future discount which is completely in the rights of the business.  Again friendly, kind and caring staff but we are going back to grooming at home. Was worth a try.
