5 stars is not enough for the experience I had there today. Amazingly caring staff! The entire staff went way above and beyond to ensure my comfort and arrange my care. Other urgent care clinics need to take lessons from these amazing, caring people. Thank you all again .

Called to verify my insurance before driving over, once I got there was told they dont take my insurance. When your under the weather the last thing you need is added stress. Went over to Elmhurst immediate care and their receptionists actually knew what insurance they take. So my suggestion dont waste your time or gas going to this place.

I wish I could give zero stars. They did the bare minimum to make me feel better. I was prescribe some medicine without actually being diagnosed with anything. This medicine is not giving me any relief of my symptoms. I called the clinic this morning and was told they will call me back. I will never return here.
