I found Barry to be very genuine and honest. He knows his products and knew how to ask me the right questions to get me exactly what I needed for the best available price.

Do NOT use Barry! Initially, he and his wife came across as friendly. However, the problems started and got worse starting the FIRST day our insurance kicked in. He and his wife proceeded to call and report they incorrectly input our car/home info and payment info into their system. They somehow proceeded to continue making errors for the following 10 business days. We received multiple calls interrupting our work schedules to give him/his wife the same info we gave them the previous day. Barry and his wife then proceeded to have some sort of technical issue they needed to change every week for the entire length of our 6 month contract. Barry gave us the impression he does fully understand his own products or what good customer service is. Had we not been locked into an agreement with him, we would've just cancelled and found someone new. Once our contract expired, we informed him that our family would definitely NOT be renewing and would be taking our business elsewhere. He proceeded to try to charge our account several thousand dollars all at once throwing off our entire bill payment schedule. We've always paid on time because we set up auto-payments with his company when we first started working with him. To correct another of Barry's mistakes, we spent 3 hours in our bank resolving this issue to ensure the charge was removed and block him from ever charging our account. This created a negative domino affect for us where I was unable to buy my mother the medicine she needs takes to take daily for 4 days. This created physical complications for her and we had to rush her to the hospital. Over the 4 days, I made 15 calls and left voicemails on Barry's office/cell and work phones. He did not return any of them. A month later, I started receiving 3 phone calls a day from a bill collector stating Barry and his company had sent our "unpaid balance" to collections. As a reminder, we've always paid our bill with Farmer's on time since we had auto-pay set up. I proceeded to call Barry another 10 times on both his office/cell and work phones. Barry responded by calling me back to tell me he was glad to be done with me and called me rude, degrading and several other names I don’t care to repeat. NIGHTMARE is the word that best describes Barry and our experience with him. Do NOT use him.
