The technician came early the morning after I called and was awesome. He explained unknowns to me very well and was very knowledgeable.
My issue turned out to be a user error (whoops) so it only took him about 5 minutes but they charged me $100 - even though I was quoted $75 an hour.
I was referred here and guess I expected what I was told verbally. Any quotes they give, I would really ask in writing for an estimate. They obviously have an issue with quotes at this company.

I was in desperate need of weather head repair after the storm 6/17/22. They came out right away and had me fixed in about 3 hours. The workers were professional and friendly. The estimate quoted to me was $700 to $800. The bill I just got in the mail was $987.50

Mr. Browning is very unprofessional. They come over to do a job and then say that they can't do it which is fine. I had another company come over and do the job. Then a month later I get an invoice in the mail for me to pay them even tho they didn't do anything. I told them that I'm not paying them due to they did nothing when they came out. I asked if they're was a service fee and I was told no. They bid by the job. So I called him. "Bruce Electric" and asked why I'm being billed. He then starts cussing and yelling at me then said he is going to bash me on social media. I told him that this is very unprofessional and if he continues then I will hang up the phone. He continued so I hung up. I would not recommend this company at all.

These guys were prompt and on time. They spent all day out in 10-20 degree weather repairing my underground wire so I could have electricity. They kept me well informed every step of the way. I really appreciate the job they did. Service: Electrical power restoration
