Duly has decent doctors. Their billing and support is amongst the most challenged company I have ever experienced. I went for a 6 month check per prior recommendation . Was double charged for visit for office visit and preventative check. Just for asking about stopping a med. Called four times and was promised a call back to explain how a ten minute visit costs $500. Instead of call back I was sent to collections. Asked the doc. They said lots of folks were saying the same and they were not charging properly in the past and now they have corrected. Seems unethical to change billing and then blame a past mistake. Was billed hundreds more for doc to check blood results a month later. One visit = $1k. I am leaving this provider as their business practices are super questionable and zero customer service unless you like overseas billing support that ends in a black hole of frustration and false charges. We have had many more issues in the past three years as well. BEWARE.

Excellent. DR.martini did a good Job on my surgery and I have a blockage in my leg blocked and he had to open it up so my blood will flow to my feet Any questions and concerns I have he will answer them so I can understand. Dr.martini and his team did an excellent job and keep up with the good work. Thanks

Be careful we were charged $359 new patient for bringing my daughter to the Lockport immediate care, on the recommendation of our Duly pediatrician because they were booked. We got a strep test and covid test, we saw a tech and a PA all said and done maybe there for 30 minutes. All of her information was already in the system (she has been a Duly pt science she was born) all I had to do was give her name, date of birth and what was going on. When I talked to customer service about the charge he nicely not rudely explained that even though my daughter was a pt of Duly she was not a patient of that Duly location so she is considered new pt. When I asked, so does that mean anytime we go to a Duly location we will be charged a new pt fee? He said yes, then explained that I had a deductible so the money shouldnt matter. I explained it does matter because if I wouldve known I was to be charged that exorbitant amount for the same care I personally got at CVS two days later for $125 I wouldve taken her there, because $359 is coming out of my pocket, deductible or not. The total bill at Duly that day was $1,000 the insurance covered $630 and guess what they didnt. The new pt $359 and $11 in fees. So if you are going to use Duly be aware any new location according to their customer service rep you will be charged a new patient fee. I am a family of 4 if we all went there that day we wouldve paid almost $1,500 in new patient fees. Please be careful and check before you show up because I would hate for someone to get charged fees that are in my opinion high way robbery. We have been patients of Duly for a long time and is mind blowing to think of you show up to a facility thinking you are already their patient you get hit with that and then to have customer service basically laugh and tell you it is what it is have a good day.

Easy access was important to me. Check in was quick and easy. People were friendly. Nurse was very friendly and helpful. Dr.was very informative and listened to everything I said with interest. I felt very comfortable speaking to him.He made me feel comfortable with my decision to have a procedure done.
