        DISHONEST. Contracted Route 81 in 2007, Tony (aka Jose Gomez) used Unilock Series 3000 seconds on our project without our knowledge, which do not carry the Unilock Lifetime Warranty. Over time, the top layer was wearing away. We contacted Unilock in April 2014 and we were informed that Route 81 used second s on our project. Tony, the owner of Route 81, tried to say that Unilock did not tell him they were seconds. Under pressure from Unilock, it was agreed that all the pavers would be replaced. Route 81 Landscaping was given the opportunity to make things right, yet the front and back step pavers were not changed. The edge restraints were not removed and reinstalled to fit snuggly against the new pavers and the sand is already coming out of the joints. Clearly short cuts were taken on the second installation.
