Do NOT use this lawn care service. Their home base is not in Litchfield--they live in Brownstown, so that is LIE #1. They are unprofessional and refuse to replace the windshield's they break while speeding around client's yards on their zero-turn mowers without checking the client's grass for rocks and debris. They broke my vehicle's windshield in October 2021 and at first the owner apologized and said his wife would take care of getting my windshield replaced. Wife NEVER called me back. I finally got her on the phone and she said she refused to submit my claim because her insurance rates would go up. Then, her local insurance agent refused to call me back also! April 2022 he broke my vehicle windshield again and was rude and cussed me and called me crazy and said he didn't have to pay and his client didn't have rocks in his grass. I sent his national insurance office photos of all of the rocks in clients grass because guess what? The local agent NEVER returned my calls. Each time he told me he was in a meeting and would call me back but never did. LIES #2 through infinity with this unprofessional company. I am still waiting on full resolution of my claim. There are so many professional and polite businesses run by people who actually live in Litchfield that you can hire, so I highly recommend that you choose one of them!
