        I should have left when the woman working the front desk told me the delay in check in was because "this computer is gay." I should have left after getting into the room and it smelled like stale cigarettes and air freshener, strongly enough we opened the window and turned on the bathroom fan when we went to dinner. The bed made a metallic, popping sound anytime you moved. Then the bathtub in our bathroom drained so slowly I showered in ankle deep water. Overall, it was a subpar experience. (Update in response to business response - I am 100% certain of what I heard, this wasn't a situation where I misheard something. I am not posting this in effort to get a refund, I'm posting this to let other LGBT travelers know of the experience I had at this hotel.)

      Dear guest, thank you for sharing your stay experience with us. When you told to the front desk lady to use different credit card and you hand over the card different than other credit card was on reservation, front desk lady told that" just thing little this card we running is today" looks like you did not hear correctly the last word "today". You heard something else you did explained. Our front desk staff never uses unprofessional language to the guest. We apologize for the room condition, before replying in here we have solved the bath tub drain issue.We have issued 10% refund, please allow 5 business day to get reflact on your credit card account.Please let us know for your future stay if you are not satisfy with the room condition.Please call us if you have questions.
