      image From experience for most dr appointments, I expected to be sitting in the waiting room WAITING to be called in well past my appointment time. Surprisingly this did not happen; I was called back and in an exam room at my appointment time, and more pleasantly surprised that it was only moments before Dr. Katow came in to see me.
