We have been a long time customer of Jim Dahmer Plumbing - 20+ years. Today, I was very impressed that they responded to a slow leak in a newly installed supply shutoff valve. I used Jim Dahmer plumbing twice recently for two separate drain issues based off of proximity and seeing their vans on the road. Each time the issues were resolved in a professional, efficient, and honest manner (extremely honest pricing!). I was told up front the cost both times and the second separate issue it was even less than what I was originally told because he didn't need to rod the drain and I was a returning customer which turned out earned a small discount. Again--very honest!! I don't foresee any further issues with either drain but they also offer a 30 day guarantee of their work which is added peace of mind. The first time I used Jim Dahmer Plumbing my service mans name was Bob. The second time the service mens names were Tom and Nate. They all give tradesmen a good name! Thank you Jim Dahmer Plumbing!
