John Zhen: Allstate Insurance

I've been using Allstate with Mr. Zhen for many years now, and no matter the day or time, he has always picked up my calls, even on a weekend. Once, while traveling out of state, Mr. Zhen quickly helped me take care of an issue that popped up right before I left. It gave me peace of mind knowing he was my agent. I'm grateful for all that he's done and truly appreciate his patient service.

Useless. My 75 year old father had a car accident and Mr. Zhen's response to requests for help was "Call Allstate directly on their 800 number." The car may have had a defect that contributed to the accident and we wanted to make sure the manufacturer's rep did not "accidently" erase the on-board diagnostic computer; we also wanted the car to be wrapped to prevent further damage from the elements as it was being stored outdoors in winter. Again, Mr. Zhen was absolutely no help.
