Lucky Wok Chinese Restaurant

I was hung up on because I was asking if do they do dinner specials or was it a platter. from what I saw in the pictures and she automatically hung up on me. Before hanging up she said, we don't do dinner specials goodbye

I placed an order over the phone. They said 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I arrive and they sold my order to another person. Mistakes happenthat wasnt my problem. Their solution, rather than apologize and come up with a solution, they ignored me while taking a new phone order. Then when another customer came in, and was standing behind me, they asked him if he had placed an order online, he said no, and they proceeded to take his order, like I wasnt there. I said never mind and I left. It was clear they were not interested in my business. No yelling, no harsh words, I wont say they were rude or mean, they just didnt care.

I never consider getting Chinese from any other place. Food is 5 stars for me.

Food isn't as good as it used to be. Prices are up some. The orange beef was good. Wish they would learn what cooking something longer means though.

I went to Lucky Wok tonight and the food was horrible. It was very stale and hard. I've gone here many times before and never experienced this. I'm so disappointed. This has turned me off completely and makes me not want to go back. I don't like wasting money on food that I expect to be good, then ends up being bad. They should be ashamed that they gave me this. What a waste.
