I do just want to say Ez Cleaning Chicago Inc. did an amazing job at cleaning my old apartment after move-out for the next tenant! I was able to set up an appointment and they were able to clean the apartment without having even met me. For the price, quickness, and quality of the cleaning I would definitely go with Ex Cleaning Chicago Inc. again! Lastly, they did even replace a blown out light bulb without me even having to ask! Oh and they do take Zelle, which is a major plus. All communication (text, call, and transactions) between myself and the cleaners was done remotely, which was great as well!

I hired this company to clean a small apartment. The first time I only required the bathroom and kitchen to be cleaned and that was done well. 3 months later I called to have the entire apartment done minus one room. The staff is very friendly however they said "your house was already clean". They did spot work and did not thoroughly clean anything because it looked clean to them. I do keep a clean home but they opted to do less . So the eyes on the stove were not cleaned and the bathroom was half done. The first time she was with her daughter and the cleaning was done with much more detail. This time I paid more for less work. I was not pleased. The alarming thing for me is the first time she offered to take out my overflowing trash. I allowed. This time she took my trash without asking me and when I asked her to return it, she opens the bag and looks down into its content intensely looking for something and says okay, you can have your trash. I guess she takes her clients trash and rummages through its contents for it's treasures. I will not hire again and am looking for a company that will clean thoroughly even when my home is tidy.

Best service in the city! I would highly recommend. I've been using them for almost 3 years now and never had any issues with the quality of their work. For a working single parent I cannot imagine my life without her services. It is such a big help coming home to a clean house. Give them a try and you will not regret it!
