Worst company in the entire United States. Customer service AND mangers are rude. This business shouldnt be open. "Lead" of the customer service dept hung up on me

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOT HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE TIMES! Computer system generated wrong address and when I called not 5 minutes later, the rep lied and said she changed my address.
Requested a supervisor several times and was told they were too busy to speak to me. Sent several messages with no response. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

I ordered 2 items on Nov 27, 2020, after many phone calls and emails and a tracking number through USPS, that was never received by USPS, today Dec 9, 2020, was told my order was "Stuck", and a special person was to handle it within 24 hours. Never received anything, but a charge on my MC.

Never received packages, when I asked to speak to a supervisor they kept putting me through after being on hold forever and then hanging up. No supervisor, the people hardly speak English. I’m starting to believe this is a scam
