My senior client's door latch on the dryer broke. 84, she uses it daily for her husbands laundry. She'd done business with them awhile back and called them. Corey couldn't make any promises of just exactly when service would be. She really needed to know but he could not. I realize, this was the first real heat which has them b u s y with AC calls (likely seniors as well). Corey must have worked his magic and if there was anyone that said they could wait a bit longer, WE ARE GRATEFUL. W/in 2 hours, they were out, brought a door latch (as I knew they'd need model number to have with) and fixed it. 10 minutes. God bless this business. There's more I could say but suffice to say, I love small town mom and pop shops. They go above and beyond.

Take your business elsewhere. I caught Bob Burger trying to cheat me by overcharging his inflated price of $129.98 for my GE oven's $63.01 broiler element, a 106% markup, in addition to his charge for the service call. Bob bellyached "There ain't no money in service calls", which he tries to make as briefly as possible. Lousy customer service.

The men delivering our fridge and deep freezer where quick and friendly. We mentioned hoping for the doors on the fridge opened the other way and they where more then happy to make that happen for us. We will be back for out next appliance. And would recommend.
