North Shore Primary Care: Weiss Shana MD

This place saved my life and Dr. Weiss and staff rock! Dr.Weiss is so easy to talk with and really listens. Im in a way better place in life with her help. Also Ive been seen by Ellen the nurse practitioner for an emergency last minute visit she was very friendly and helpful!

Updated review: I have updated my reviews because my previous reviews was about nurse practitioner not Dr Weiss. I been seeing Dr. Weiss for almost 4 years now and I am very sad to give her one star. She has been most amazing physician I have ever met and there has been amazing doctors who are no longer at the practice. Over the years, they have really gone down and its impossible to have an appointment with Dr. Weiss. All you get is nurse practitioner sick appointment. I was very disappointed when I had telemedicine with Ellen. She was rude and lacked empathy. Since its impossible to see dr. Weiss, I will never return to this office again.

my wife was sent there by her insurance company the doctor ordered lab work and sent her to a lab since we were at the doctor who accepted her insurance and they had the information we assumed that they would not send us to a lab that did not take her insurance. When we asked the office how this happened we were told it is not their responsibility to make sure it is our which is how we ended up with her in the first place, they didn't apologize or make any effort to rectify this. They are sloppy why would we have to check if our insurance company sent us to her? $200.00 for their laziness in finding the right lab to send her to
