GreenSTAR Pro Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage, Mold Removal

I want to write my true story. We had a flooded basement and called greenstar pro, crew showed up in 30 minutes and helped us for our property in libertyville. They did water extraction and drying the basement. Installing very powerful equipment, right job and process plus air mover fans and air scrubber dried our basement and we didn't get any problem. My house is as clean and dry as before, no problem and no musty smell. Thanks for professional cleaning and doing the right job.

We wanted to buy a house in grayslake and there was visible mold spots in the basement. I was concerned and I hired greenstar to come and check for mold. After inspection, they found out the source of problem and moisture and explained details of the solution. They also provided an estimate. After purchasing the house I got couple of other estimates but I found greenstar fare price and quality job the way they described the situation and thought me. I hired greenstar to clean the mold in the basement and I am really pleased with the results. I know they did the right job and guide me with prevention from future problems. After cleaning the basement it is dry and safe for my kids.

Hi. Where do I begin with how wonderful this company is. I was referred to this company from a friend. I was very pleased with how quickly they came out to my home for an estimate. They are very reasonably priced and worked great . The customer service and craftsman ship of the work speaks for itself. My husband and I bought a townhouse in Libertyville and we hired this company for carpet cleaning. They did very well on removing all the pet stains and food spots. When I came back home, I thought my husband decided to change the carpet! It was great great great. My husband said the carpet was dry very soon also. So if you are looking for a professional cleaning services, go with them.

I was very pleased with the service provided to me by GreenStar pro Mold Cleaning Company. My family and I were concerned about our basement since last flood in the house in Vernon Hills. We have young children and we wanted to make sure they where breathing in good quality air. I contacted GreenStar since a neighbor of mine recommended them. I contacted the main office and set up an appointment. They were very accommodating to my schedule and fit me in quickly. The gentlemen that came out to my house on the scheduled date and time and was very pleasant to work with. (I must say that it is nice to have someone show up when they say they will instead of waiting and wondering) They took great care inside the home. They did not leave anything for me to clean up. Everything was handled professionally. They told me what they were going to do and how they would be doing it and they were very happy to answer any questions I had.
