About a year ago I called this company to fix my driveway. I gave them $2500.00 deposit. Long story short, our son's who live in Florida decided to move us down as we are Senior's and didn't want us in Illinois with no family. When I contacted this company and requested a refund the owner was very nasty. He said he went buy our house and saw a For Sale sign and knew that's why we cancelled. We said, "so what". It was like pulling teeth getting him to pay back our money. He eventually returned all except for $500.00 which he said he would have for us in a couple of weeks. We never got the $500.00 and he ignores all of our emails requesting he send us our money. We didn't sign any contract with him and therefore he owes this money to us. We moved 3 months ago and he has had plenty of time to come up with the funds. So beware, don't give him any money up front or you may never see it again! We just filed a complaint with the BBB and the Illinois Consumer Affairs. Before we file a complaint in the court we do want to give him one more opportunity to make things right. RETURN OUR MONEY! AVOID THE COURT COSTS...YOU WILL LOSE.....THIS IS NOW CONSIDERED A THEFT!

I had Elia paving come to my house for a estimate on my driveway. They told me that I would have the estimate in 48 hours I never received one. I called the company and left a message and never received a response. Don't use this company they are very unprofessional.
