This company has helped me in more ways than one. The gentleman came over on Christmas Eve to help us with our hot water heater! What company nowadays even answers phone calls on Christmas eve? Then during the pandemic he helped me bring my salon to covid guidelines. He's been there in every time of need that our families needed a plumber. Highly recommended I wouldn't look anywhere else!

I am restoring a house in Mount Carroll. I had the gas line installed late last week, and reached a point where I could start looking at the furnace. It is a Lennox Pulse from the 1980's. Karl from Northern Illinois Plumbing and Heating was recommended to me, so I reached out at 8:00 am. Karl was onsite at 10:15. He was realistic about the odds of repairing this furnace (the model has may issues), then set to work.
He was able to find the issues and repair it. He explained what he fixed and we had a discussion about the need to replace this furnace and not rely on it long term.
I think the most important thing any person can do is to care for others. Then their knowledge and skills can be applied to resolve problems with the customer knowing they are receiving the best help. Karl obviously cares about his customers. He is skilled at plumbing and heating repairs, and making sure I had heat was his priority. He cared.
He could have just sold me a furnace. Instead he listened to what I am doing with this restoration and understood that I am first making it livable, then applying large amounts of cash to renovations in a planned approach. Repairing the furnace, then replacing at a later date is my goal and he agreed.
This is a long winded review, but Karl is an excellent professional, and an even better decent human being. I think he deserves your business

They have been to our business to install furnace/ac
And also install sinks and rerouted water lines .
And also has done repairs at our home . This includes install of new shower and bathroom sinks , new sewer lines , repaired furnace.

Very satisfied with all services. Have used him for many things around the house. If it's an emergency, he's right there. Other jobs it depends on his work load. Sometimes he can get there that day, other non emergency jobs he is usually there within a week. Would recommend to anyone.
