Recently our Warmly Yours heated flooring system stopped working, Contact the company via email and was able to determine a power module was not operating. This heated flooring system was installed back in May of 2012, they still had records of purchase and parts ordered thus allowing me to place an order for the correct component, place an order, and have it arrive via delivery in three days. Back up and running like new. All representatives I interacted with were knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. They could teach others on great customer service.
