This review is for an outstanding knowledgeable, very professional, creative sales person, and designer. We asked her opinion and she gave us her thoughts. We gave her our thoughts, and together we worked as a team, to figure out the best look for our bathroom, very fortunate to have someone working for you that truly cares about people, hers and the reputation of your store. I will refer people to that store to Isabel Dryer . Being a business owner myself its easy for me to recognize an employee that stands out from the rest. Thanks again Isabel for your outstanding service, your patience and time, my wife and I sincerely appreciated it !

Shoutout to Learha Burke for being an amazing sales associate! She was 100% customer-service focused, incredibly personable, and so helpful in picking out bathroom tile and making suggestions for matching pencil liner. She was great at being attentive to all of the details and following up via email. I highly recommend you seek her out at the Lake Zurich store for a 5-star experience!

We have had the best experience with this store. Everyone we have interacted with has been extremely helpful, regardless of the size of our order (which was not all that large). I'm really amazed by the genuine care and attention we have received. Isabelle in particular went above and beyond in several ways, even a small thing like calling me back when she saw that no one was able to pick up (and I didn't leave a message, she just called me back using the caller ID). We've been doing a lot of remodeling in our home, so we know what it's like to work with a lot of different organizations, and this level of service is unique. I will give my business to this store whenever we have more tile/flooring/etc. to purchase. Thank you for being great!
