Shady Oaks Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I stayed here in Suite 1. We had a great time. The bed and breakfast was neat, clean, and our hosts were friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was delicious! We would stay again.

Wonderful. Wonderful. Wonderful. As a gracious host, Suzanne creates just the right amount of privacy and interaction with her guests. She and her husband generously share their lovingly restored home, their extensive knowledge of the area, and their warm hospitality. I've stayed at her B&B twice, both winter and summer, and each visit was more than I expected. Lovely, well appointed and private rooms, lovely views of the lake, delicious breakfasts. The house has an amazing history that will captivate you. Highly recommend!

Wonderful people, excellent breakfast, and beautiful setting, right on the lake. Room was comfy and clean. What a great bed & breakfast!

BRAVA!!! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! AS SOON AS YOU TURN INTO THE DRIVEWAY OF ALL THE SURROUNDING TREES...ITS LIKE YOU HAVE ENTERED ANOTHER WORLD IN THE MIDST OF SO MANY AMENITIES IN A TOWN. FIRST AND FOREMOST THE PEOPLE ARE THE CLASSIEST AND MOST LOVING PEOPLE I HAVE MET . YOU FEEL A TOTAL PEACE AS SOON AS YOU ENTER. THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR , DECADENT AND DELICIOUS ON THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DISHES AND DINING ROOM . THE HOUSE IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING AND IMMACULATE. I HAD NOT BEEN FEELING WELL FOR A WEEK AND A FRIEND OF MINE TOOK ME TO "GET AWAY"....I FEEL LIKE A RECOVERED IN THOSE 2 DAYS IN SUCH A WAY!!. THE LAKE VIEWS ARE BREATH TAKING. THE COUPLE THAT RUNS THIS ARE LIKE TALKING TO FAMILY. THEY EVEN MADE ME A SNACK TRAY BEFORE BED AND WE CHATTED ABOUT LIFE, HOUSES TRAVEL ETC....I CANT SAY ENOUGH OF THIS BEAUTIFUL GET AWAY!!!! ..I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK HERE :) BRAVO....10 STAR..:) !!!!
