I worked with Lotus for a basement rehab. The whole team was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process! They were super helpful during the design process and also listened well to what we wanted. They started work promptly when they said they would and stayed on track while also staying in communication throughout the whole project. And of course, the project looks GREAT -- there was not even a punch-list of anything that needed to be touched up at the end. We couldn't have been happier working with them! Lotus Home Improvement completed our gorgeous top-to-bottom kitchen renovation and we couldn't be happier. They listened to understand our needs and how we live, so the kitchen would work well for our family. The walls, cabinets, and tile work are beautiful and we love the pot fillers. They stayed on top of every detail and helped us work out house issues with creative, time-saving solutions. I would highly recommend Lotus Home Improvement for your basement finishing and remodeling projects. Marcus, Camille and their awesome team were professional, trustworthy, responsive, and completed the project on time as per our needs. They took care of the permit process, raw material purchase, coordinating with electrician, etc., providing white-glove service throughout the duration of the project. They finished the basement exactly the way how we wanted it and provided recommendations appropriately to help me make right decisions. They were easy to work with and always available via text, email or phone. I am extremely happy with the final outcome and have received compliments on our basement from friends. My children absolutely love the finished basement and spend most of their time out there playing. Their price was reasonable (trust me I received quotes from several contractors before finalizing lotus home improvement) and they delivered the project within budget. I can't say enough nice things about Lotus Home Improvement! Every single person I encountered was kind and courteous. We did a full gut remodel of my kitchen. We had to keep the footprint as it was, but somehow they managed to double my storage space! They had wonderful ideas to maximize every inch and in the end my kitchen even looked twice the size given their clean, streamlined design choices. Their communication was great, they always responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly. They kept me up to date on timelines and given the scope of the project worked VERY quickly. Because the kitchen turned out so well, I'm hoping I can hire them for the bathrooms next. I recommended them to my neighbor and they finished his basement and it looks fabulous.
