The Grout Experts did a fantastic job refinishing the 50-year old slate in our Foyer!!! First, we had to match the existing tile to replace some of them... Found exact matches (Sea Green Slate) from a company called Vermont Slate Depot. Then a Grout Expert guy named Sonny replaced the dozen or so damages tiles. The next day Ryan came over and carefully and thoroughly washed our tiles with a machine and by hand and sealed them. Then sonny came back the next day and stained the grout... Not easy to be good at this! The tile foyer came out GREAT. Thank you Kevin Ferrara for this great job. Before and after photos are attached. We couldn't be happier.

Sonny came out to repair and freshen up our grout. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Kevin and team are highly recommended!

From the estimate to the repair of a tile with cracked grout this experience was AWESOME! Mike Miller the estimator was awesome and gave me an affordable estimate. On October 1, 2019 -- Toby the grout repairer came and fixed the grout around the tile in question and it looks AWESOME! He was great -- professional, efficient and very personable. I will be calling Grout Experts back for an estimate for another job and asking for Toby specifically to handle it. Thank you Grout Experts for your time and patience and for being so responsive to my needs -- from the estimate, to the appointment time change to the actual repair! I will be recommending you to others as the need arises!!!!
