We decided on using Brokar because I have been friends with the owner for 20+ years and I prefer to support friends business. Unfortunately it was the biggest mistake of my life not only did I get a sloppy job, I paid full price which is what a friend should do to support a business!! But when I called to let him know about the paint marks left on my new floor and the run marks I the doors... I was told that its something should fix myself and it would be to much out of John's way to come back and make it right!! I have attached Photos as well for you to see why not to use this company. I also want everyone most of his reviews are family and friends. proceed with caution

Basement remodel was done very efficiently, and to their own high standards. Would use them again when for other projects. Pricing was good in part due to their efficiency, which saved costs of drawn out project.

John and Letyce are awesome. They treat you like family. We used them twice just this year, one was for our basement finish. It was fast and turned out beautifully. John is always honest about cost and timing.

John and his crew helped my parents with a remodel and were so helpful through the whole process! Quick to respond. Happy to answer any of their crazy questions and did everything they could do make my parents vision come to life! Will always recommend 10/10.
