Very friendly & professional and not just prompt but he (KEN) called to come a few hrs ealier!! I needed an upstairs Lg. bedroom, hall & stairs carpet cleaned asap due to Mom moving in there in just a few days!! I DO highly recommend this professional business, he did such a great job & fast!! KEN is so thorough and professional! He’s the only guy I call when it comes to cleaning carpets. I have a dog and I need to have my carpets cleaned on the regular. Ken pretreats all areas to be cleaned. While he’s cleaning, he’s careful to extract all of the water that goes into the carpets. Not only are the carpets pristine clean, they dry in very little time! So much better than commercial carpet cleaners. And I think it’s important to support our small businesses.

We had stubborn stains in our upstairs hall. We contacted Ken on a Thur evening and he showed up promptly at 9:00 on Fri. His services was thorough, prompt and professional. Highly recommend.

Ken was professional, pleasant, and did an exceptional job. I keep looking at this old carpet because I can't believe it could have ever looked this clean and beautiful. No one ever came close.
