Mark and Riggsby Companies have been great to deal with. Mark is a man of his word, he and his employees have always treated us very well and gone out of their way to make things right. In today's world this level of service is very hard to find. Would not hesitate to do business with again.

Made an appointment to have my garage side lights and security lights replaced on June 18th for July 2nd at 8 am. July 2nd at 8 am comes and goes. Then 9 am comes and goes with no workers at my house. Called Ron after 9am and he sounded like he didn't know what was going on and said he would look into this matter. Called again the afternoon and got Ron's voice mail. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM! Today is July 7th. Don't waste your time with this INCONSIDERATE and UNDEPENDABLE contractor

They did not mind coming out and charging me $220 just to look at my heater and ac. They said they would get back to me and its been 4 months. These guys are a scam. They should not be in business. Super poor quality.

Overcharged for poor service and security deposit not returned for a broken hvac that was never used.
