After 40 years with Allstate, we've experiences several issues that required us to make claims. Allstate and specifically the Driscoll agency have always been there to answer the challenge. I'd recommend them to anyone.

What a rollercoaster working with this agency has been.
When researching agencies last year to update my auto and combine with my homeowners, I already had Allstate but the price was well
above everyone else for the same coverage. I was actually about to switch to another agency when they reached out and offered to quote it special. They came back and beat the price of everyone else and were great to work with. For the first few months, extremely responsive and easy to work with. I paid a 6 month premium to avoid monthly payments and get another discount.
Fast forward to end of year and I need to renew my auto policy:
I reached out twice with no response, but wasn't driving at the time due to a recent surgery. When I was going to begin driving again soon, I reached out a third time with no response.
Another 3 weeks go by I receive a letter in the mail from a COLLECTIONS AGENCY stating my debt has been transferred to them.
A debt of 64 DOLLARS!
But seeing as my homeowners policy comes directly out of my escrow, and I paid the 6 month premium for the auto of $1600+ one time, and there existed no other charges for the account since I paid up front, where this total of $64 came from remains a mystery. The debt collector was far more helpful than Allstate on this, and once they looked into my account, were equally as puzzled regarding the charge.
They encouraged me to dispute, so I immediately paid in full while leaving it in dispute to allow for a possible future refund.
No phone calls, no response to my previous emails, yet an unknown charge (on an account that has no recurring charges) is sent to a debt collector? No information on any of this in my emails or available online.
As a young person with a short credit history who just bought my first home, I need to monitor my credit constantly. And for a surprise $64 charge to be sent to collections without any notice is abhorrent. I still have yet to receive a response back, but have had no issues receiving the countless emails asking me to complete a review.
Not recommended. I have already taken my business elsewhere, and know a few others that are doing the same due to similar recent issues with this agency. What a rollercoaster working with this agency has been.
