My daughter, a college student was employed by Follett as a temp. Asked to stay on. She was so excited! Came into work today(Monday) and was told "we had an emergency meeting on Friday and we are letting almost everyone go!" HORRIBLE COMPANY! Dont offer a permanent position and let employees go WITHOUT the common courtesy of notifying them ASAP!

Applied for a short term seasonal position in my area, they reached out via email and asked me to schedule an interview and I scheduled one for the very next day. That next day the interviewer called me 25 minutes after they were supposed to, just to tell me the position had already been filled. I didn’t expect a lot from a staffing company so I guess it’s my fault for thinking they’d interview everyone scheduled before hiring one of them, or that they’d at least show up to a PHONE interview on time to let me know I wasn’t gonna get the job.
