        Great experience from start to finish. I inquired via website and was signing and driving a week later. No pressures, no mixed feelings, and I really felt like I was heard when it came to my questions and concerns. They even had it detailed and waiting before I officially signed anything. Juan and Vijay were a pleasure to work with and Juan even took the time to walk me through all the features of my new Benz. Im incredibly happy to be part of the MB and Knauz family now!

        My Family has never had a very distasteful and discriminatory, whether intentional or not, experience in buying a car for my mother then what we experienced. We had been interested in a specific make of this suv and unfortunately was also interested from another buyer so we asked the policy on if we could proceed and was basically was told first come first serve since basically nothing had been signed yet. Mid process into signing for the car, and after the sales representatives were going back and forth we were told no.. considering that consumers might not know the exact policies for each business, a mans word should suffice but they did not in this casenot to mention this was on Valentines Day which is also her birthday. Ended up getting the same model same day at another Mercedes location no hassle..
