If I could give them negative stars I would. Do not buy a car from here. They are unprofessional, dishonest and only in it to make a quick buck and move cars. That's what it's all about. The service department is very incompetent and incredibly rude. After I bought my car, I had to drive a loaner for close to three weeks because each time I went back to pick the car up they hadn't done what they said they would do as per the sales agreement ("we do" list). I was furious with them. Note that I didn't write this review recently after my purchase, it's been a few months now and I still feel this way. In my case, the car was / is great (in that it's a Volvo, not because they sold it). But, you don't get what you pay for because the service was terrible and you can't help but feel like you're being lied to throughout the whole process.

Scam !!!!!! Avoid !!!!!! This place operates with Thieves, Liars and Con-artists. It deserves negative 5 stars. This dirty scheming operation should be investigated by the FBI for fraud. Please avoid until further notice !!! Yelp should protect it's community by placing a big "FRAUD" sign on Fidelity Motor Group.

Do not buy car from there until you inspect it very closely! I bought the car with low miles, made bad mistake not getting the car fully warmed up- and taking it for longer run- and putting the car on the lift there- btw next door they have a shop called fisher motorsports- TAKE the car there for inspection its a block away! - make story short, Car had BAD misfire, replaced sparkplugs and coils, Car had blown clutch, it was slipping very bad, 6spd replaced that, I found out front boots are torn, it looks like was cleaned just before putting the car on the lot replaced that, I dumped 5,000 in repairs so far. and I found few minor things, on top of that I don't even think they replaced oil filter on the car--- it looked very old- now I remember why they wanted to close the deal very fast, car been sitting for several months there. - screw them

Just plain lied ... had a trade in that had a lien on the title belonging to a creditor ... Repeated over and over the car would be released to the lien holder in person by owner and head sales management BUT instead released car back to non paying party of title... WILL AVOID AND NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS AS WELL AS APPEARANCE ON PROPERTY when asked to see either Owner or General Manager ... Staff collectively Lie in situations involving hands on management of these types of problems
