We've been dedicated customers since discovering Red's in 2019. You can get an oil change anywhere, but you can't be confident everything is going to be done well anywhere. At Red's you can. I had a pesky issue with a check engine light during emissions testing time and Joe was able to patiently see it through to resolution. Our cars have never run better now that we use Red's. Man, I miss Joseph Miller, the owner of this facility. I changed jobs and he is now far off my beaten path. When looking for a replacement garage, his was the gold standard against which all others were compared. This plain-spoken paragon of honesty uses his God given talents and sensibilities to do what we all should: Help our fellow man. Joe does this time and again with the aplomb of the true professional he is. I had a 2007 Hyundai Sonata that developed sticky lifters which, by the way, he could have fixed and charged a pretty penny for doing so. He, however, recommended I NOT do it, due to the cost and mileage on the vehicle, and predicted that, eventually, the engine would throw a connecting rod or implode in some other way. Two days before I was to basically junk the vehicle, that is precisely what happened. This is but one example of the type of advice and work Joe routinely provided. I miss the guy, and the last time I saw him, Reverend Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and others were protesting gun violence at a nearby manufacturer that made non-consumer specialized military rifles. Joe had some very interesting commentary on this event and I applauded him for his restraint and love of all mankind. That's just Joseph Miller being Jospeh Miller. I miss the dude and hope he is well.
