        Living in Genoa I have reached out to Kacoa a few times for estimates for work. I have been told that Ben Spense would check things out since we don't live far from each other. I have made several appointments and Ben has forgotten to show up, been late and just rude. Everyone's time is valuable. I find this unprofessional on many levels. It has been 3 months and I am still waiting for an estimate. Lastly, I have seen some nasty things his wife (Erin) has posted about others in the community on Facebook especially neighbors that I know well. It is sad to see someone to engage in such hatered you should be conscious of your actions and your family's actions if you want to earn business in the area or be well respected. I don't recommend due to the facts presented. I am more than happy to show screenshots of the nasty stuff that was blasted about others online. Best to take your business to an actual reputable business that cares about their customers and neighbors.
