It's horrible you have to wait 5 hours for treatment. They don't take the more important cases first they take you in the order you come in. You go back to a room then you get sent out to the waiting room then you go back to another room then get sent back out to the waiting room again then after 5 hours you finally see the doctor then you have to wait another 2 hours for them to give you any medicine to help you then you wait another hour for them to discharge you. There is absolutely nothing good about this ER besides only one doctor that is the only good thing. There is 1 doctor there that is a really good doctor. This place absolutely sucks

I went to Riversides emergency room this 25th day of February, 2024, with what turned out to be a kidney stone. The staff was prompt, attentive in every respect. Dr. Steven Decker was very amiable, attentive and thorough in explanation, recommendations and review of the C-scan results.

Be careful with this hospital I do not recommend anyone to go here, they will prescribe you the wrong medication for your symptoms, they gave me the wrong medication and my stomach has been destroyed for 6 months & it did not treat my symptoms at all..

Me and My mom came in bc well been sick for 3 weeks and not getting better so we got our room just to sure if we had covid the tests that they gave felt very fast so I do believe the results weren't accurate and they have a student in there who wasn't being watched by someone and he busted one of my mom's veins and instead of getting a professional he tried again on another and luckily he didn't bust the second one he did go get one after that and my mom asked for some food twice cause she was getting low blood sugar and first time she was ignored and then the second time she didn't bring in anything bc they were more concerned about us leaving which felt like the whole "care" we received
