Could use improvement in curb appeal. Also, better amenities for residents. Needs more staff receptionist at desk for better customer service. Need activity director and transportation for residents for outings and errands.

A member of our family was recently admitted into Asbury.of Kankakee. We can't say enough about how helpful Scott was in the admission process. In addition, Chris and the entire staff of Asbury of Kankakee were extremely accommodating and professional. They made our family member feel very welcome. We are sure we made a great choice! Thanks to Scott and the great staff of Asbury of Kankakee!

My mom has been there for 17 years she didn't want to move but she always complained about bed bugs every year we had to hear that they took all of her stuff all of her stuff away from her because it had bed bugs and gave her what they wanted all the Christmas presents all the beautiful pictures that my mom's head were gone we moved her out and now we have bed bugs because of them having a specialist coming in today recommend not going to this place ever it needs to be shut down There is nothing good there for those people they're just interested in putting nice decorations up so it'll look good but that place is so infested

Asbury of Kankakee became my Uncle's home. When he first moved in he found it difficult to accommodate to his new surroundings as many do when they move from their home to a new place. The love and care allowed him to bond with the staff and others in the very supportive facility. Toni was consistently kind and worked very hard to make my Uncle feel welcomed and part of the Asbury family. I will forever be grateful to Toni and her staff for the overwhelming kindness and care she showed my uncle and others who reside there. I highly recommend Asbury of Kankakee when your loved one is in need of a more supportive dwelling.
