Jim came out today and helped me out with a challenging problem leak that is very hard to diagnose. He gave me recommendation to try as the leak is not a clear cut roof leak and did not charge me for his time and did not upsell me anything. He will come back as needed. Very good contractor. I cant express the appreciation I have for the work that was done on my roof! Jim made sure I was informed on all steps of the process. Very professional and the work was done efficiently! After the derecho a few of my neighbors had an obvious need for a new roof. It wasnt until a month later that I find a shingle so asked the neighbors roof to come and look. It was determined I needed a new roof so the company started the process. My insurance turned me down (used for 52 years) and sent me a check to patch. A year later I had a leak and called Jim of H&H . He said I needed a roof.. He started the process with that insurance cmpany ( even as I had gotten a new company) my new roof has been installed. Because Jim makes sure he knows the codes and ordinances he can give a good presentation . After pictures videos and walk- arounds the company agreed to replace . H&H crew was very good.
